[ndnSIM] Interest Nack

Hi huyao,

To get NACK type from Interest, you can use Interest::GetNack() method (http://ndnsim.net/doxygen/classns3_1_1ndn_1_1_interest.html#a8071c5f879364e1541fd74ecc549cebf).


If you really want the packet format (not just API), it is defined here: http://ndnsim.net/ndnsim-packet-formats.html#interest (I just added clarification about NackType field)
