[ndnSIM] ndnSIM : ns-3 modules integration

Hi Xee,

There was a small bug in ndnSIM that prevented running simulations with non point-to-point net devices in non-optimized mode (optimized mode didn't have problem).   I have fixed the issue today and if you update to the latest commit, it debug mode should also work.   

If it is still not working, can you run in a debugger and then send me a backtrace?
