[ndnSIM] shared libraries

Hi Shenglan,

You can try to run like this, assuming you have installed NS-3 in /usr/local (if not, just adjust the path)
LD_LIBRARY_PATH=/usr/local/lib ./build/ndn-tree-tracers
You can adjust your user environment (~/.bashrc or ~/.profile), so you don't need to set this variable every time you're running the simulation.
