[Ndn-interest] Ongoing work for NDN nodes discovery using mDNS/DNS-SD

The specific discovery code is here:
https://github.com/named-data-mobile/ndn-photo-app/blob/master/app/src/main/java/memphis/myapplication/data/NSDHelper.java

We used Android's NSDManager (
https://developer.android.com/training/connect-devices-wirelessly/nsd) in
the implementation. I don't remember all of the details, but it worked well
as long as the AP's supported it.
