[Ndn-interest] ndn interest packet

hello ndn team ,

I want to know if there are any ndn traffic generator apps that generate
interest packets with only mac header+ ndn header without the udp/ip header.

If not, is there any  way to apply some changes on the tool to accomplish
that?
