[Ndn-interest] Mini-NDN 0.5.0 Release

Dear all,

We are pleased to announce the release of version 0.5.0 of Mini-NDN.

Since the last release (0.4.0), we have made several major changes and have completely re-design Mini-NDN to make it simpler, robust, and easy to use.
