[Ndn-interest] Update Educational resources page in website

Hello all,

The Educational Resources page in the named-data.net <http://named-data.net/> webpage is outdated. 
The link to the specific page is https://named-data.net/publications/education/ <https://named-data.net/publications/education/>

I am planning to update the page and will need details about the courses in your universities or elsewhere you know of that teach the NDN Concepts along with a link to the course-page (if available).

It will also be great if you can forward any suggestions or modifications to the content in the page. 

I believe this page once updated will be the ideal landing page for people new to NDN and provide them with the required resources to get a good understanding of NDN and the project on the whole.
