[Ndn-interest] How to call CS look up on NFD strategy layer

Im using NFD for research.
I’d like to ask this.
I want to look up CS with interest prefix. then, want to get the data existence (true / false).

and more, I want to ask how to set TLV at ndn-cxx consumer app.then , I want to get TLV at NFD strategy layer.
