[Mini-NDN] [EXT] Sends next request after previously requested files have been received

Hi Ritu

1. Do not run ndndump.
2. Look at the standard error of ndncatchunks program i.e. the bash script.
3. If there isn't enough information, enable verbose mode of ndncatchunks
and try again.
