[Mini-NDN] SLEEP_TIME in nfdc

Hi Saurab,


thanks for your response. I thought that the node.cmd(...) call waits 
until the execution of the called command is finished. Or is the 
nfdc-command finishing before the actual configuration of NFD happened?
