the nfdc-command finishing before the actual configuration of NFD

The sleep time is just to make sure the completion of nfdc
command. You can definitely configure to make it small,
depending on how fast your machine is to process the command. </div>

I was just looking for a way to speed-up the
NDNRoutingHelper of <br>
MiniNDN. While doing this, I found that MiniNDN sleeps
