[Mini-NDN] Ndnsec

Hello Everyone,

I've been playing around with nlsr security and ndnsec. I can't figure out
why when I change the code in the files in ../minindn/ndn-cxx/tools/ndnsec/
for example in cert-gen.cpp, those changes are not reflected when you
recompile and execute cert-gen, as is the case with all the other ndnsec
executables. Is waf pointing to the old files when recompiling? Am I
running sudo ./waf wrongly or is something else the problem entirely?
