[Mini-NDN] ndnping errors as "no route"

You are not running ndnping in node-a's namespace i.e. not running it on 
that node. Either do ndnping from mini-ndn> command line

or do export HOME=/tmp/minindn/a/ && cd ~ and then try ndnping.
