[Mini-NDN] minindn re installation

I have used  sudo apt remove --purge --auto-remove nfd nlsr to remove all
previous versions. But, after this, while I am trying to re-install NFD,
after adding NDN PPA, when I try *sudo apt-get update*, I am getting the
following warnings every time. Can you kindly tell me how to resolve it?

W: Ignoring Provides line with DepCompareOp for package gdb-minimal
W: Ignoring Provides line with DepCompareOp for package gdb-minimal
W: You may want to run apt-get update to correct these problems
