[Nfd-dev] autoconfig connects me to spurs (UCLA) instead of aleph (REMAP)

Hi Peter

ndn-autoconfig has 4 stages, using different methods to determine which
router to connect.
Can you provide a Wireshark capture while running ndn-autoconfig, so that
we can see which method is being used?
