[Nfd-dev] autoconfig connects me to spurs (UCLA) instead of aleph (REMAP)

It should be automatically approved but it appears the cert system is down right now.

another question - are backroutes expected to be created for guest certificates? can someone approve my guest cert for UCLA hub please?
