[Nfd-dev] Using NDN Chunk for video file transfer

Hi,

I just noticed that a new NDN tool (NDN Chunks) is available online since a
couple of days ago.
https://github.com/named-data/ndn-tools/tree/master/tools/chunks

I am just wondering if we can use this tool for video file transfer (i.e.
producer publishes a video, and the consumer gets the video via NFD and
plays it locally)?
