[Nfd-dev] NFD error when configuring FIB

I triggered the error again twice, here are the information from the log. From the 2 errors, we got 2 FATAL information there. I tried cat-ing the file manually, it needed me to sudo it to work (with the cat bash).

It is weird, as the FileStore error still persist even if I sudo-ed the nfdc command (nfd-status command also yield the same error).
