[Nfd-dev] Querying pending Interest in PIT.

Hi Anil

It appears that you aren't sure whether a forwarding strategy is the
appropriate place for this feature.
Please give more context on the requirement: what are you trying to
achieve, and why do you need to enumerate PIT entries.
