[Nfd-dev] Mailer updates on redmine and gerrit

Hi Alex

According to
http://group-mail.com/sending-email/email-send-limits-and-options/ , Gmail
allows 100-150 outgoing messages per day. Gerrit sends much more than that
on a busy day.
Consider using SendGrid or AWS.
