[Nfd-dev] Mailer updates on redmine and gerrit

In attempt to fix the mailing issue from redmine and gerrit sevices, I configured both to use gmail as SMTP relay.  As a result, there is a change in "From" field---it will include ndn.robot at gmail.com.

This is a test, and I may adjust settings again in the future (I'm worried that gmail may eventually block us, if we have too many emails).
