Hi Navdeep,
No, traffic generator does not have this functionality.
You may look into using Consumer / Producer API for the manifest support  http://github.com/iliamo/Consumer-Producer-API
It doesn’t have a lot of documentation, so I suggest to refer to the attached paper.

There are a few video streaming applications, see http://named-data.net/publications/techreports/ndn-0031-1-ndnlive-ndntube
