[Nfd-dev] Possibility of dropping support for OSX 10.8

Dear folks

OSX 10.8 clang's default usage of GCC 4.2's libstdc++ shall contribute to
the desire of dropping support for OSX 10.8.
However, this is a solvable problem.

OSX 10.8 is still a required platform for NDN Platform. According to
Wikipedia, it's still supported by Apple for security updates and printer
drivers.
We shouldn't drop support for OSX 10.8 now.

The solution for compiling with libc++ on OSX 10.8 may be complex (eg.
build Boost from source or use Brew instead of MacPorts), but these
complications should be acceptable.

C++11 will greatly increase programmer efficiency and program performance.
We shouldn't block C++11 adoption in favor of easier installation on an
ancient platform.

Yours, Junxiao
