[ndnSIM] Forwarding packets to a Central node in the network

Hi Everyone!
I am trying to send packets between two specific nodes. One is peer and
other is Central. This communication is wireless based. I want
communication between these two nodes only. Further, communication details
will be saved at the central node. Moreover, other peers will also have to
communicate with the central node same way. Please mention how this will be
done.
