[Ndn-interest] Question about why the Selector component was removed in Interest Packet Spec. v0.3?

apology for this belated reply; others nudged me to send this msg (otherwise I would have missed it): 
1/ a short answer: early experiments suggested selectors in general (except MustBeFresh) costly, and their functions can be provided by alternative means.

2/ a long answer has to wait for a later time
