[Ndn-interest] ERROR: std::bad_alloc in repo-ng

Hi Susmit

If you believe it's a bug (as opposed to a problem caused by unsupported
platform), can you report the bug on repo-ng issue tracker? Be sure to
include the commands to reproduce this bug.
Once repo-ng gains a maintainer, they will notice this bug and try to fix
it.
