Junxiao, I am talking the new release based on 0.5 (as it was discussed yesterday during an internal meeting)

Let me explain:
a) the NACK signal is carried in NDNLP; NACK handling is in NFD.
b) due to the consideration of "ns3 packet tag" that's used for tracing, ndnSIM has not turned on NDNLP (I know that's what you had wanted to see, Junxiao).
c) turning on LP is trivial, the concern is the tradeoff. Yesterday during the meeting we considered soliciting community input to see what people prefer.
