[Mini-NDN] Error in installing mini-ndn

 NO , I installed ndn-cxx and sphinx the compatible version with python
3.10.
the new problems are :
1.installing NFD :
1) In put : ./waf configure --without-websocket
Output : Checking supported LINKFLAGS             : not found
