[Mini-NDN] Disabling/Enabling Links

Hi Mini-NDN teams,

Say we have two nodes that are linked, a and b. Is there any way to disable
the link temporarily in a python file. I am aware of the "link h1 s1
up/down" command through the Mini-NDN CLI, but is there a way to do this
through the python file our program is written on?
