Hi John

The end host NFD log he sent suggests that the ndncert-client program is
loading ndn-cxx older than commit e4603e1028bf8ae3b875f3a4ad954716db6cbe54,
causing decoding failure.
By default, I recommend users to install NFD-nightly that contains the
latest bugfixes.
