[Nfd-dev] certificate for interacting with NDN testbed

Hi Nikos

There has been a packet format change related to ForwardingHint and
Delegation.
Your ndn-cxx, NFD, and ndncert versions are incompatible, which causes
decoding error.

Please install all from https://nfd-nightly.ndn.today or all from latest
source code.
Do not mix different versions.
See NFD-nightly instructions for how to switch between installation methods.
