[Nfd-dev] YaNFD on Windows Store

Dear folks,

I have published YaNFD to Windows Store, so people can install it on your
Windows 10/11 x64 machine with a single click:
https://www.microsoft.com/store/apps/9NBK3ZJT4CL8
This version has a webui at *http://localhost:5010/
<http://localhost:5010/>* Some functions such as adding/removing faces have
not been finished, but the basic functions work.
By default it will open a Unix socket face at
C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\Temp\nfd.sock
Please feel free to report bugs or request features.
