[Nfd-dev] [EXT] Problem with boost 1.67 during ndn-cxx compilation

Hi NAVES

Generally, the Boost version given in release notes and all newer versions
are supported, but breaking changes in Boost and consequently
incompatibility in ndn-cxx do occur.

Please provide complete information requested in
https://www.lists.cs.ucla.edu/pipermail/nfd-dev/2016-May/001748.html ,
especially environment and error messages, so that someone can investigate.
