[Nfd-dev] Push the Deployment of NDNCERT

Hi Yufeng

/ndn/edu/ucla/yufeng/CA prefix registration has disappeared. Please check
your CA installation.
If it's meant to run on spurs, you need to recompile it with ndn-cxx 0.7.0.
If it's meant to run on suns,  you need to recompile it with ndn-cxx 0.7.0,
and you need to announce the name /ndn/edu/ucla/yufeng in NLSR because suns
has a site prefix that is not a prefix of the CA.
