Thanks for your help. I have successfully deployed NFD0.7.0 and luci on openwrt and run them successfully!


Since I have modified the source code of nfd0.7.0's forwarding strategy, can I deploy my modified source code on openwrt?How do I do that?

No, I only supply a single version of each package. Please have your vendor update their app to work with NFD 0.7.0.

No, NFD 0.6.0 and NFD 0.7.0 are incompatible with each other.
NFD 0.6.0 only supports NDN Packet Format 0.2.
NFD 0.7.0 only supports NDN Packet Format 0.3.


The current OpenWrt packages are for NFD 0.7.0.
For end hosts, you can install Ubuntu packages from ppa:~named-data/ppa-dev
