[Nfd-dev] NDN Testbed fch and ws-tls status updates

http://ndndemo.arl.wustl.edu/testbed-nodes.json <http://ndndemo.arl.wustl.edu/testbed-nodes.json>
and
http://ndndemo.arl.wustl.edu/testbedNodes.json <http://ndndemo.arl.wustl.edu/testbedNodes.json>
are identical. testbed-nodes.json is a symbolic link to testbedNodes.json
They are updated every 10 minutes.
