[Nfd-dev] debug failing prefix registration

Hi Peter

>From the logs, I can see that the rib/register command Interest was
forwarded to  NFD-RIB, but somehow NFD-RIB never received/processed that
Interest. I don't know what is causing that.
It seems that somehow NFD-RIB is using the same KeyChain as the program
sending this registration command. It may or may not be a problem.
