[Nfd-dev] certificate bundle creator design

They had something urgent to work on in the past few weeks so I suspect neither had time to look at it.  But I suggest that they take a look now and put any comments/questions in the redmine issue.

It’s best for someone more familiar with NDN security to take a look, e.g., Alex A and Zhiyi.  If you can do a presentation in the NFD call, that will be good too.
