[Nfd-dev] Gerrit sign-in error

I did a semi-global cleanup with account settings. please try to login. You may be logged into a "new user".  If so, I will need to manually readjust to use the old user id.

If you're logged into the right account, please check your email settings. I may have cleaned up too much...
