[Nfd-dev] NFD crashes after local application exits

Hi Junxiao,

I am having a similar problem. NFD crashes when I stop the producer
application. I followed your recommendations, so now I am running the NFD
like this:
$ sudo env NDN_LOG="*=TRACE" HOME="nfd-home" nfd

The NFD fails with this error:
1565903479.734649 DEBUG: [ndn.security.v2.ValidationState] > Internal
implementation error (Validator/policy did not invoke success or failure
callback)
  what():  Non-recoverable error: Internal implementation error
(Validator/policy did not invoke success or failure callback) code: 10021

Is there anything else I should try?
