[Nfd-dev] Cert machinery status

Hi everyone,
I have a colleague at UCLA who would like to create a subnamespace off of /edu/ucla or /edu/ucla/remap and run some simple applications.  I lost track of the certificate management infrastructure:  Is the automated cert creation/assignment back up and running?  If so, can someone point me to the docs?  If not, can you confirm the repo and version for the manual tools to use?
