[Nfd-dev] prefix reachability status query tool

The webapp has a new feature: it not only checks the prefix announcement,
but also verifies dataplane reachability. You can type in a full Interest
name to see both.

Next planned feature: find out why your prefix announcement / propagation
isn’t accepted.
