[Nfd-dev] Best Route strategy doesn't work over ethernet multicast?

John,

I had a more complex strategy configuration list before:

/localhost /localhost/nfd/strategy/multicast
/localhost/nfd /localhost/nfd/strategy/best-route
/ndn/broadcast /localhost/nfd/strategy/

But I tried to simplify it to see if it helped. It didn't.
