The official way is Mini-NDN.

Felix Rabe offers Vagrant and Docker scripts:

I have a few Docker images (not scripts) for ARMv7:
https://hub.docker.com/r/yoursunny/armhf-nfd/tags/

Finally, it isn’t so hard to paste the PPA installation commands into each
VM.
