[Nfd-dev] Can NDNx work with NFD together?

NDNx and NFD can run side by side on the same node, if you configure them
to use different ports.
They cannot talk to each other because the packet format is different. NDNx
uses CCNB packet format. NFD (as of v0.6.1) uses NDN Packet Format v0.2.1.
