[Nfd-dev] NFD on Windows 10 WSL

Dear folks

NFD so far supports only Ubuntu and Mac OS, but 82.56% of the desktop users
are running Windows. With the introduction of Windows Subsystem for Linux
(WSL), it is now possible to run NFD directly on Windows, unmodified,
without the overhead of a virtual machine.
