[Nfd-dev] Try NDNCERT (based on Interest-Data exchange) and get an NDN certificate today

Hi Zhiyi

It's working this time.
A few problems:

   - In step 3, if I type "email" (lower case), ndncert-client program
   segfaults.
   - In step 4, when I double click the PIN code in the email and presses
CTRL+C, the browser automatically includes a whitespace after the 6-digit
copy, and then ndncert-client complaints "Incorrect PIN code".
ndncert-client should trim the input string.
   - The last output is "Step 5DONE! Certificate has already been installed
to local keychain". It needs a newline before "DONE".
   - As shown in "ndnsec list -c", the self-signed certificate remains the
default. ndncert-client should set the NDNCERT-issued certificate as the
   default for the key.

Question: Is there a way to reduce interactive prompts, and pass most
parameters (other than PIN code) in command line?
A similar program, certbot, supports that, and it is really useful.

Yours, Junxiao
