[Nfd-dev] [docs] Building NFD on Raspberry Pi and Raspbian Lite from source

Hello All,

I couldn't find a good documentation to build and install NFD on the Pi
(model 2 and 3b) from source, thus wrote this:

Currently compiled and installed ndn-cxx, NFD and ndn-tools and tested with
ndn-chunks and ndn-ping. Should work with other ndn-tools packages but yet
to be verified.
