[Nfd-dev] Try NDNCERT (based on Interest-Data exchange) and get an NDN certificate today

Now onto the next series problem: by entering an empty string as identity
name in Step 1, I am able to obtain a certificate for the same name as the
CA. With this certificate, I have the same authority as the CA under the
hierarchical trust model.
