[Nfd-dev] TLV fields

Hello all,

Where can I find in the code where the TLV fields for packets get encoded
and checked in NFD? I have looked for the place, but am having trouble
finding it. Mostly, I want to make it so that signatures aren't required
for every data packet so that I can lighten the packet size.
